We're not a gluten free environment — Sauci makes a low-gluten pasta fresh on site, cooked in shared water and shaped differently (shells, below) so it's never confused with regular pasta, but traces of gluten may still occur.

Not a gluten-free kitchen. We make a low-gluten pasta fresh on site, in a different shape so it's never confused with regular pasta, cooked in shared water with a cleaned machine beforehand — but traces of gluten may still be present.
Vegan options?
All our pasta is egg-free, so it's vegan-friendly by default. Sauci's Napoletana and Pasta alla Norma (ordered without cheese) are popular fully vegan picks. Note: the VEG tag on the menu means vegetarian, not vegan — always ask staff to confirm a vegan order.
Is it really fresh?
Pasta's rolled fresh every morning using the best quality semolina, no packets. Sauces are prepped fresh daily, using ingredients sourced from trusted local farms and suppliers.
